Terms and conditions

Sightseeing Tours:

In general sightseeing tours are possible for 2 - 6 people. One person or above 6 people only on request.

Sightseeing tours are possible in German and Englisch language, other languages on request.

Lunchtime will be for your own disposal.

Prices:

All mentioned prices on our website are valid for the year  2019. All mentioned prices include tax.

Full day trip from 9.00 - 20.00  98 Euro per person

In the prices include:

• pick up at your hotel in Orleans centre

• pick up at the train station, Orleans SNCF

• meeting point at the touristic centre in Orleans or at the cathedral

• parking and road charges

 

In the prices are excluded:

• pick up outside Orelans centre, possible on request

• tickets for the castle visits

• any food and drinks

 

Prices of the castle tickets for adults:

• Chateau Chambord: 13 Euro
• Chateau Cheverny:  12 Euro
• Chateau Chenonceau: 14.50 Euro
• Chateau Blois: 12 Euro
• Chateau Amboise: 12.80 Euro

 

Anmietung der Wohnung im Zentrum von Orleans:

• the apartment have one double bed and 2 single beds
• the apartment is on the 2. floor, please notice that there is no lift in the building
• the apartment can be booked only in connection with our guided castle tours
• peds are not allowed in the apartment
• smoking can be only allowed on the balcony, not in the apartment
• every kind of event or party is not allowed in the apartment
• final cleaning of the apartment is included in the price

 

Payment:

Payment is possible by transfer in advance to our German bank account. Otherwise cash can be given directly to the driver on the spot before departure.

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations are possible without any charges before the sightseeing tour starts. We will transfer back to you the full amount. Cancellations after the sightseeing tour have started are not possible, which means we can't refund the payment.
